Environmental Health News reports that a motion was filed April 7 with the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to consolidate more than a dozen lawsuits filed against Syngenta, alleging the company’s weed killer products containing paraquat cause users to develop Parkinson’s disease. Suits have also been filed in state courts.
