Top 20 Underspending DMAs **
*The index compares the results of the DMA to the average rate of all the markets in last 12 months. An index of 100 is on par with the National average. Anything above 100 (120 for example) means that the DMA on that line has more spend per person versus the National average by a factor of that amount over 100 (a 120 index would mean that DMA has a per capita spend 20% higher than the average market in this survey)
**Compiled from last 12 months of data from Top 100 DMA’s Only
***This spend denotes all local media types (i.e. local internet, local magazine, local newspaper, outdoor, spot radio, spot tv), excluding local cable.

Every six seconds, there is a divorce in America. The likelihood of divorce for a first marriage is around 41%, according to Pew Research Center and the CDC. For subsequent marriages, the rate is higher. Family law practices run the gamut from adoptions and custody issues to domestic partnerships and paternity suits, as well as post-divorce modifications, spousal and child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

prospective clients. Our response-driven marketing model has helped thousands of attorneys and law firms throughout the country.

Hurricanes
Hurricanes are the most destructive of natural disasters. Substantial damage is defined as at least 5% of average income. The estimated government costs of hurricane damages is $28 billion a year. The average annual damage costs is expected to increase to $39 billion, due to increased development at the coastline and global warming.
When a hurricane strikes, people experience devastating loss. Many need the assistance of an attorney to navigate the system. Timeliness and sensitivity are essential to legal marketing for hurricanes and other natural disasters. CAMG can produce commercials and get spots on the air within days, targeting your message to the right audience, as well as handling your digital marketing campaign.
